Vocal magic? It’s real. Because your voice is so much more than just your vocal cords.

You’ve got a performance coming up – a presentation, show, TV appearance, studio session or even a tour – but your voice feels unreliable or is starting to give out.

Don’t panic. There is something you can do.
This page exists for one reason: to support you in moments of real vocal SOS.

The Emergency Vocal Reset is a targeted, hands-on mind–body–voice intervention I created to bring your voice, body and nervous system back into a usable, reliable state as quickly as possible – right when you need to perform.

Vocal problems are rarely just a “technique issue”. In professional voices, they almost always involve a mix of physical overload, tension patterns, overuse and a nervous system stuck in stress mode. Your voice is the end result of mental, emotional, physical and energetic factors all working together.

During an Emergency Vocal Reset, I work hands-on on both your voice and your body, using my 360° Mind The Voice method. The aim is to bring your system back to a more natural, efficient baseline, so your voice can do what it’s designed to do – without you having to push or force. And no, that’s not just a marketing line – it works.

Many A-list artists and professional speakers have already trusted this process and did not have to cancel their tour or show, but were still able to perform at a high level.

Default settings

In an intensive 1:1 Emergency Vocal Reset, I bring your mind, body and voice as close as possible back to their natural default settings.

We stimulate your body’s natural recovery, reduce excessive muscular tension, release emotional and mental load and create the conditions for free, effortless resonance. At the same time, we work on multiple levels – physical (muscles, fascia, nervous system, craniosacral system), as well as emotional, mental and energetic – so your system can return to a healthy level of activation and you can perform reliably again.

Using an integrated approach that combines principles from vocology, myofascial work, craniosacral techniques and stress regulation, I bring your entire mind–body–voice system back into a functional balance, so you can do what you were booked to do – and perform at full capacity.

Many A-list artists and professional speakers have already gone through this process – from Werchter and Pukkelpop to Sportpaleis, Lotto Arena, radio and TV – and were able to return to the stage with noticeably more control over their voice.

In our studios & on site

The Emergency Vocal Reset can take place at the Mind The Voice Vocal Loft or on site – wherever you need me.

At the Mind The Voice Vocal Loft in Puurs-Sint-Amands, I work in a calm, controlled environment with everything we need, surrounded by nature. You look out over green fields, away from the noise, in actual quiet – ideal between rehearsals, recording days or show runs. Centrally located between Brussels and Antwerp, the studio is easy to reach for artists and speakers from both Belgium and abroad.

When you’re on the move, the Emergency Vocal Reset can also happen on tour & on site: in your hotel, venue, rehearsal space or backstage. I bring the necessary treatment and reset equipment with me and create the conditions on the spot to reset your entire mind–body–voice system.

If needed, we can work under an NDA, so everything stays fully discreet within your team.

Whatever the location, the goal is the same: to get you stage-ready as fast as possible, within what is healthy and responsible for your voice.

No cortisone. Real function change.

Cortisone can reduce symptoms when you’re ill (for example with an infection or inflammation), but:

  • if you’re losing your voice due to overuse and tension, cortisone usually does not help
  • it mainly suppresses warning signals, without restoring the actual function of your voice
  • On top of that, cortisone can distort your body awareness and pain threshold: you feel your limits less clearly, which makes it easier to push through and keep singing or speaking while your system actually needs rest. In the short term it may feel like a “rescue”, but in the long term it often leads to even more overload and potential damage.

An Emergency Vocal Reset targets exactly that: the way your voice, body and nervous system work together. It’s a healthier, more powerful and more consistent approach for your upcoming shows, because we bring your system back to where it performs best – your natural default settings.

Not a quick fix that numbs everything, but a focused reset that helps your voice do what you need it to do.

Mind The Voice Vocal SOS Line

Goal: get you stage-ready. Today.

The Emergency Vocal Reset is Mind The Voice’s vocal SOS line for professional singers, speakers and touring artists who need to bring their voice, body and mindset back into alignment fast – with an effect that lasts beyond just one show.

How does this work?

Your voice is influenced by your mindset, your inner voices, physical tension/load and your energy pathways. Your body functions as a kind of living archive: stimuli and emotions that are not fully processed are stored as micro-tensions – mentally, emotionally and physically.

When there’s a block anywhere in that chain, you hear it as a loss of freedom, support and overtones in your voice. This can show up as:

  • certain registers dropping out (head voice or chest voice)

  • an unstable, unpredictable voice

  • hoarseness, a lump-in-the-throat feeling, swallowing or breathing discomfort

  • increased stress or even panic around speaking or singing

When your body carries too much tension, it simply can’t resonate the way it should:

  • tension around the ribs and chest reduces warmth and power in your sound

  • blocks in the sinus and nasal area reduce presence and intelligibility

  • tension in the skull and neck makes your sound less clear and limits rich overtones

  • stress adds extra tension in the spine, pelvis, abdomen, back, shoulders and neck; your diaphragm doesn’t drop fully, breath support becomes unreliable and the throat starts to grip

The Emergency Vocal Reset works directly on this underlying chain: we reset the entire mind–body–voice system, so tension can release, your nervous system comes out of emergency mode and your voice can sound the way it was meant to.

What clients report after an Emergency Vocal Reset

  • more ease and calm in both body and mind

  • more focus and mental clarity

  • a deeper, fuller breathing pattern (“finally able to breathe freely again”)

  • more space in throat and mouth, a free feeling in the whole upper body

  • a voice that feels stronger, clearer and more stable

  • additional benefits such as reduced pain or discomfort in back, shoulders, neck, head, pelvis or digestion

“Tiffany didn’t just save me from the fear that my voice wouldn’t make it through the next shows – she gave me the strength to embody ‘I’m worthy of my power as a performer’.
It was the miracle I needed to calm my stress and anxiety and turn my vocal cords into power muscles.”

“I’ve been working with Tiffany since I was 14. Now I can sing for five hours straight without feeling any tension around my voice. My voice consistently stays in good shape. On top of that, Tiffany taught me how to step on stage with confidence and attitude.”

CAMILLE DHONT, POP ARTIST

“Finally a vocal coach who actually listens to what I need as an artist! After all these years, I’ve finally found someone who helps me truly get to know my voice and my body, so I can bring the best version of myself to the stage.
With Tiffany, your vocal technique is tailored to you, and you really learn how to connect body, mind and voice.”

KATIA BERLINGIERI

“Mind The Voice! Why didn’t I go sooner?! Not only has my singing improved, I’ve also been coached in so many different skills – from vocal coaching to songwriting sessions to performance coaching. Every session with Tiffany is unique and tailored to what I specifically need in that moment.”

JELLE VAN DAEL, POP ELECTRO ARTIST

“Choosing Mind The Voice was the best decision I’ve ever made for my voice. Tiffany taught me powerful technical tools that allow me to sing without losing my voice, and showed me how to relax my mind and body so I can hit the right notes effortlessly. Singing with this method is an incredible experience.”

“Tiffany makes you believe in your own strength. She shows you that you’re even stronger than you ever thought and gives your self-confidence a real boost. On top of that, she gives the most incredible vocal and body treatments to reconnect body, voice and mind.”

OLIVIA TRAPPENIERS, MUSIC ARTIST

“I’ve worked with several other vocal coaches before, and I have to say: the way Mind The Voice combines vocal technique with mindset work and physical performance is, without a doubt, the best possible way to coach singers in any genre.”

JOE VAN AUDENHOVE, ARTIST, EVIL INVADERS

“I’ve been singing for years, but since working with Tiffany I’ve seen my potential grow massively in a very short time. She looks for the exercises that work best for me and my voice, to maximise my technique – because she doesn’t believe in limits. She boosts your mindset, gets your body performance-ready and selects the tools that fit you as a vocal performer, so you can turn your weaknesses into real strengths.”

SINAY BAVURHE, SINGER FINALS THE VOICE VAN VLAANDEREN

“Tiffany is so much more than a vocal coach. And in that, she’s probably the best there is.
She sees exactly how body and mind need to work together to make you the best singer you can be – and she works toward that with you.
She’s the one I call when I have that little panic moment we all know as singers. And then she does her magic and makes you sing better than before.”

“Tiffany’s lessons are the perfect balance between using your voice correctly and training your mindset. I’d always used my voice in a limited way, but with the Mind The Voice method I can get so much more out of it now. The mix of Tiffany’s know-how, dedication and winner’s mentality is ideal for me.”

“Singing isn’t just about technique. Tiffany’s holistic approach helped me work through chronic hyperventilation, which led to greater range and control over my voice. Oh, and she’s really fun too – which definitely helps you feel at ease while reaching for high notes you never thought you could hit.”

TIFFANY VEYS

Tiffany developed the 360° Mind The Voice method and the Vocal Reset / Emergency Vocal Reset – a unique mind–body–voice treatment approach with consistently powerful results. She works on the entire chain of mind, body and voice and is known for her “vocal magic”: the audible shift clients often feel and hear after just one session.

Over the years, she has coached an impressive range of artists and voices, including Helmut Lotti, Jasper Steverlinck, Max Colombie (Oscar and the Wolf), Mathieu Terryn (Bazart), Coely, Christoff, radio hosts and finalists of The Voice, Eurovision selections and other major formats. They and their teams call on her when it really has to work – when a voice is on the verge of dropping out, or when an entire tour depends on one performance that simply cannot fail.

Tiffany is at once a vocal director, body therapist and mental coach. She works discreetly with management, producers and medical teams, and builds a clear strategy with each artist: restore vocal function, unload the body, calm the brain and protect the performance. For touring artists, she’s the person you call when everything is on the line – so that, despite whatever is happening behind the scenes, you can still walk on stage in your full power.
