Here we are with the “Start to run” workout!

But let me do a little body check before you start:

  • Button 1: stability: stand stable, I may not push you away! So activate your feet, pelvis and lower back.
  • Button 2: breath support: make a sound on ksjjj and pull your belly in to check out if you’re breath support is activated.
  • Button 3: space: take your space, activate your neck.
  • Button 4: projection: when you sing runs, you better project them in the shout zone, to sing the notes with more ease.

Allright then. Then I just need to inform you what’s on this program!

  • Riff of 3 notes down: 3x slow, 3x fast
  • Riff of 4 notes down: 3x slow, 3x fast
  • Riff of 3 notes up: 3x slow, 3x fast
  • Riff of 4 notes up: 3x slow, 3x fast
