But NOW! It’s time to level up with a really challenging belting high notes workout! But hey, if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you! 😉 So come on! Don’t be shy and hit those notes with the hand movements!

Don’t forget:

  • Button 1: stability (active your feet, back and neck)
  • Button 2: breath support
  • Button 3: space (take your space)
  • Button 4: sound projection (to the back, in the belting zone!)
