Crystal Singing Bowl 432 Hz -Tune F - Heart Chakra- 11"
The crystal singing bowls from Meinl Sonic Energy are made from extremely pure quartz and create an atmosphere of deep calm. While Tibetan (copper) singing bowls primarily provide a more "bodily" experience – they resonate deeply through the physical body – a crystal singing bowl feels more "ethereal".
The Power of 432 Hz
At Heal My Hertz we consciously choose the 432 Hz tuning within the crystal singing bowls;
Anyone familiar with the classical music world knows that every orchestra tunes to a specific reference pitch. As of 2026, nearly all pop songs are tuned to the standard 440 Hz. In Sound Healing, however, we often choose 432 Hz, because that 8 Hz difference really makes a world of difference in your experience. While a higher tuning (such as an upward 442 Hz) often sounds bombastic and extroverted, it creates 432 Hz an inward movement. It ensures that you can land more easily, relax deeply, and integrate the vibration in a natural, physiological way.
Triad
To truly experience the pure harmony of music and vibration with the crystal singing bowls, we advise not to use just one bowl. Ideally, you should have the complete set of 7, or at least purchase a triad (consisting of three bowls that together form one chord). By combining multiple bowls, you create overtones and harmonies that immediately balance your nervous system.
Come experience the sound
For the purchase of the singing bowls – and actually for everything on this webshop – we advise you to visit our physical store, experience studio (and food bar). You choose an instrument by feeling it and experiencing the resonance live, not merely through an online offering. You are warmly welcome on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Be sure to check out "events", as we occasionally organise MTV Talks about sound healing, tuning forks, singing bowls, and so on!
