All shipments are sent via Bpost. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third parties. The articles can also be picked up at Mind The Voice at Lippeloseweg 44 in Sint-Amands (2890) during our opening hours. Any complaint regarding deliveries, returns, damage, received order forms, quotations and invoices or goods themselves must be made online via our contact form or via email@example.com, within eight days of the invoice date. The complaint procedure has been accepted with a response from our customer service within 24 hours. If the complaint must be made in writing, this will be done by registered mail, at the latest within eight days after the invoice date, under penalty of inadmissibility. A submitted complaint does not release the buyer from postponing the payment of invoices that have already expired.
Each overdue and unpaid invoice will be increased by operation of law and without prior reminders with a delay interest of 1% per month, calculated from the invoice date up to and including the day of full payment. The interest for late payment also remains in effect after a possible summons. In addition, the seller cannot be obliged to make further deliveries, under any agreement whatsoever, before the due sums have been settled, including interest and damage clauses of any kind. An amount of € 125.00 will be charged as compensation on each unpaid invoice, and this in addition to the principal sum, interest on arrears, collection costs, reminder costs and prosecution costs. The aforementioned compensation is due in order to compensate the seller for a first part of his extrajudicial expenses, loss of time, administration costs and fees.
Each ordered item can be returned or exchanged for another item within fourteen calendar days. The article must be delivered to the store in the original packaging together with the return form. The customer is optionally refunded or receives a voucher. The customer can also return the article by post within fourteen calendar days. The article must then be packed in the original shipping box and delivered / sent to the following return address: Mind The Voice, Lippeloseweg 44, 2890 Sint-Amands. Any shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. After processing the return, the customer will be refunded by the seller in the same way as the customer made the payment.
The terms and conditions of sale are online and are deemed to have been read with every purchase concluded. The fact that the buyer should not have received our general terms and conditions of sale in his own native language does not relieve him of their application.
